YOGA WORKSHOP
The workshop was led by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Menon K. P., an experienced yoga teacher and evaluator. Over the course of five days, participants engaged in a variety of activities, including warm-up exercises, different yogasanas, various types of pranayama, and guided meditation sessions.
Special sessions were conducted to explore the connection between yoga and mental health.
