Yoga Day was observed at NSS College, Ottapalam with great enthusiasm by the M. Ed First Year students. The programme , held in the Conference Hall, began with a brief introduction on the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A trained instructor demonstrated simple breathing exercises and basic asanas that students could easily practice daily to reduce stress and improve concentration.
Students actively participated in the session and expressed that it was refreshing and beneficial amidst their academic schedule.
