Constitution Day

Nss Training College observed Indian Constitution Day on 26th November. In India, we celebrate November 26th as Samvidhan Divas , the day we adopted our Constitution and its values. Keeping in line with the tradition, the observation day was aptly named Hamara Samvidhan Hamara Swabhiman. This day was entirely dedicated to the celebration of the core values of our Constitution. One key objective was educating the youth on the significance of democratic values, duties and the rights we enjoy. Apart from raising constitutional literacy, this day also provides an opportunity to celebrate our shared identity as the people of one nation where each and every citizen is equal before the law. The program began with the reading of the preamble by Dr. Smitha R (Principal in charge). This was followed by a detailed tribute to the Constitution Day by second year M. Ed students. The title of the tribute was "Wings of Liberty". This was followed by the theme Presentation. The theme presentation was done by Ranjitha S and Renuka N of the first year M. Ed batch. Overall the program serves a critical role in reinforcing the significance of our Constitution in everyday life of people.
